Santa Cruz Hightower 3 C GX AXS T-Type Bike

The Greatest Hits of Engineering

All-mountain bikes are great at many things. Whether you're into climbing steep hills, shredding the singletrack, cruising the fire roads, or letting off the brakes and descending as fast as possible, you'll love riding an all-mountain bike. The Santa Cruz Hightower 3 C GX AXS T-Type Bike is big on wheels, medium on travel, and short on fuss. The Carbon C Frame uses 150mm of travel on the front and 145mm of travel on the rear. The frame features internal cable tunnels, integrated frame protection, a Sag Window, a Glovebox for additional storage, legendary VPP suspension, a geometry flip chip, and tire clearance for up to 29x2.5" tires.

The GX AXS T-Type version of the Santa Cruz Hightower 3 comes with a SRAM GX AXS T-Type Eagle 12-speed wireless electronic drivetrain. This includes a cassette that has a hill-crushing 10-52T gear range that makes climbing and pedaling through demanding terrain much easier. SRAM Code Bronze Stealth hydraulic disc brakes provide excellent stopping power so you can descend with confidence. RaceFace ARC Offset 30 29" Rims are paired with Maxxis Minion tires that can be set up tubeless for a smoother ride, better traction, and fewer flats. With the RockShox Reverb Stealth Dropper Post, you'll be able to quickly lift and lower your saddle with the press of a lever.

Pivot Cycles Demo Day February 15, 2025

This Bike Might Change the Way You Look at E-bikes: Orbea Rise V1 Long-term Review!

We get a lot of questions about e-bikes, especially the Orbea Rise, so we figured we’d throw up a quick long-term review of one from one of the employees here at Jenson, Alex. Alex lives up in the mountains here in Southern California and has to do a fair bit of climbing and pedaling around at his local trail system to get to trails. Because he is in such high elevation, oxygen levels are different and make it a bit more difficult to breathe. This alone made it hard for him to enjoy long rides, especially when temperatures drop and snow season arrives.
