Not all trail bikes are made the same. When it comes to getting gnarly on the singletrack, some bikes will come out on top over others. The Specialized Stumpjumper EVO Comp Bike is ready to rock and roll on any trail around. It has a FACT 11m carbon chassis and rear end. The frame uses 150/160mm of travel on the front and rear. The frame also features a threaded bottom bracket, SWAT Door integration for extra storage, fully enclosed internal cable routing, Boost spacing, and a host pivot BB adjustment.

The Comp version of the Stumpjumper EVO comes with a SRAM GX Eagle 12-speed drivetrain. This includes a cassette that has a hill-crushing 10-52T gear range that makes climbing and pedaling through demanding terrain much easier. SRAM Code RS 4-piston hydraulic disc brakes provide exceptional stopping power and modulation so you can descend with confidence. Specialized 29 Alloy Rims are paired with Butcher and Eliminator tires that can be set up tubeless for a smoother ride, better traction, and fewer flats. With the X-Fusion Dropper Post, you'll be able to quickly lift and lower your saddle with the press of a lever.

This Bike Might Change the Way You Look at E-bikes: Orbea Rise V1 Long-term Review!

We get a lot of questions about e-bikes, especially the Orbea Rise, so we figured we’d throw up a quick long-term review of one from one of the employees here at Jenson, Alex. Alex lives up in the mountains here in Southern California and has to do a fair bit of climbing and pedaling around at his local trail system to get to trails. Because he is in such high elevation, oxygen levels are different and make it a bit more difficult to breathe. The Norco Optic and Sight are a couple of the most popular trail and all-mountain bikes available, respectively. New for 2024, Norco has completely updated their suspension platform, moving from a traditional 4-bar design to a high-pivot 4-bar design to increase versatility. No matter how much travel you choose, a high pivot bike will be able to punch above its weight class.
