Ever wondered what the future of mountain biking looks like? Well, Remy Metailler gives us a glimpse of one of the up and coming groms who is destined to progress the sport. This 10-year old little shredder tows Remy into some of the bigger, gnarlier lines at Sun Peaks Bike Park and sends it with style. We are so stoked to watch as Wren progresses through the years. Jump into the article to watch the videos.
P.S. Wren's not just a good bike rider, he's also pretty dialed on skis too.
One of our favorite riding partners and collaborators of Remy Metailler's is Steve Vanderhoek. Not only can he rip right along with Remy, but he is also one of the genuinely coolest and nicest dudes. It put a serious lump in our throats when we heard that he had a big crash on his latest ride with Remy. Luckily, Steve had only minor injuries and should recover soon and be back to the trails he loves. Click into the blog to watch the full video, then head over to Steve's Instagram to send him good healing vibes.
The options for keeping yourself hydrated on the trail are plenty but that can make finding the right hydration setup a bit overwhelming. We let Sonya Looney take her pick of hydration packs to put to the test to see which features and benefits made her top pick for best hydration packs for short to medium mountain bike rides. Read more to see which hydration packs she chose and how they stacked up against each other.
There aren't many athletes who can claim to be pro in two different sports. Well, Brittany Phelan is both a pro mountain biker and a pro skier with some Olympic hardware to prove it! Remy Metailler got the chance to join up with Brittany for a fast rip on their mountain bikes down the famous Whistler trail, Dark Crystal. Come along for the ride as Remy follows Brittany down some properly rowdy terrain and shows the benefits of cross-training between bikes and skis.
The weekend is over and for many of us that means getting back to the grind. Well, we want to work to make your Monday's just a bit more awesome and to carry you through to the next weekend. Thanks to Remy Metailler for helping make that dream a reality by dropping to epic YouTube clips from opening weekend at Whistler Bike Park where he followed Chris Karver Kovarik and Matthew Tongue down some of the best trails that Whistler has to offer. Head into our blog to watch both videos!
